Lynn Hoffman currently teaches at the Wine School of Philadelphia and has written a weekly wine column for the Philadelphia Daily News and restaurant reviews for Philadelphia Magazine. He founded the world-renowned culinary arts program at Drexel University and has been a Scholar in Residence in Food and Culture for thirteen years.
