In 1984, Takara Sake USA released the first Nigori sake made in America, “Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Sake.”  Since then, we have continued to innovate, and our varieties of Nigori-style sake remain perennial favorites everywhere. Nigori is coarsely filtered, with a milky appearance, lightly textured mouthfeel, and pleasant sweetness.  Be sure to shake the bottle each time before pouring to ensure even distribution of the texture and flavor.
