White Rum	1 oz
Lime Juice	0.5 oz
Blue Curacao	0.25 oz
Peach Liqueur	0.25 oz
MIO Sparkling Sake	3-4 oz

DIRECTIONS

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it about ¾ with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain the liquid into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with chilled MIO Sparkling Sake and garnish with a lime twist and a sprig of mint.
