|Gin infused with Green Apple and Cucumber||1 oz|
|Rosewater Simple Syrup||0.5 oz|
|Lime Juice||0.5 oz|
|MIO Sparkling Sake||1 part|
|Mist a glass with absinthe and fill it with ice. Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the glass and top with a few ounces of sparkling sake.|
