Gin infused with Green Apple and Cucumber 1 oz
Rosewater Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
Lime Juice 0.5 oz
MIO Sparkling Sake 1 part
Absinthe 1 part

DIRECTIONS
Mist a glass with absinthe and fill it with ice. Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the glass and top with a few ounces of sparkling sake.
