Main Ingredients
Gin infused with Green Apple and Cucumber | 1 oz |
Rosewater Simple Syrup | 0.5 oz |
Lime Juice | 0.5 oz |
MIO Sparkling Sake | 1 part |
Absinthe | 1 part |
DIRECTIONS
Mist a glass with absinthe and fill it with ice. Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the glass and top with a few ounces of sparkling sake. |
