Ingredients
Diced Honeydew Melon | 1 cup |
Fresh Mint Leaves | Few |
Fresh Lemon Juice | 1/2 oz |
Lemongrass Ginger Syrup* | 1 oz |
Sho Chiku Bai SHO Ginjo Nigori | 2.5 oz |
Yokaichi Mugi | 1.5 oz |
*Lemongrass Ginger Syrup
Sugar | 2 cups |
Water | 1 1/4 cup |
Sliced Ginger | 1/2 cup |
Chopped Lemongrass | 1/2 cup |
Directions
Blend all until smooth. Then, shake with ice to chill. Strain to chilled glass. |

Add all ingredients to small pot till a boil. Reduce heat low and simmer 15-20 minutes. Let it cool. |
