Lemon Juice 0.625 oz
Yuzu Syrup 0.25 oz
Chambord Liqueur 0.5 oz
Sage and Raspberry Garnish

Shake & Strain
Add gin, Nigori sake, lemon, syrup in a shaker with a few springs of purple sake.
Shake and strain over double old fashioned glass with ice. Drizzle the chambord liqueur.
