Kuro Cobbler

The twist to the American-born cocktail with Janapese shochu.

Orange 3-4 slices
Simple Syrup 1/2 once
Dry Sack Sherry 2 oz
Kuro Yokaichi (Sweet Potato Shochu) 2 oz

Directions

Directions
add orange & simple syrup to a mixing glass and muddle.
add Kuro Yokaichi, Sherry, and ice, then shake.
fill the glass with crushed ice and strain the mix.
Garnish with a orange slices and mint. serve with a straw.
