Don't settle with an ordinary drink. Try this new twist on Michelada. Sake and Beer pair very well together!
|Sho Chiku Bai Classic Junmai
|Clamato or Tomato Juice
|Fresh Lime Juice
|1/2 oz (or to taste)
|Salt and Pepper
|Tapatio Picante Seasoning Salt + Black and White Sesame Seeds
|Mexican Beer (such as Dos Equis Amber)
|To start, whisk miso paste and tomato juice until well combined.
|Rim a beer glass with spiced rim salt.
|Fill glass with ice and add tomato-miso mix.
|Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tapatio, salt, & pepper and 2 oz of SCB Classic Junmai.
|Stir mixture well and top with beer.
|Garnish as desired and serve with remaining beer.
