Ingredients
Sho Chiku Bai Classic Junmai | 2 oz |
Miso Paste | 1 tbs |
Clamato or Tomato Juice | 2 oz |
Fresh Lime Juice | 1 oz |
Worcestershire Sauce | 1/4 oz |
Soy Sauce | 1/4 oz |
Tapatio | 1/2 oz (or to taste) |
Salt and Pepper | To Taste |
Tapatio Picante Seasoning Salt + Black and White Sesame Seeds | Rim Salt |
Mexican Beer (such as Dos Equis Amber) | 2 oz |
Directions
To start, whisk miso paste and tomato juice until well combined. |
Rim a beer glass with spiced rim salt. |
Fill glass with ice and add tomato-miso mix. |
Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tapatio, salt, & pepper and 2 oz of SCB Classic Junmai. |
Stir mixture well and top with beer. |
Garnish as desired and serve with remaining beer. |
