Sage-Infused Japanese Gin 1.5 oz
Sho Chiku Bai Kyoto Junmai 1 oz
Cardamaro 0.5 oz
Pear Cognac Brandy 1 tsp
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Sage for Garnish 1 leaf


Combine all ingredients except sage in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain. Add sage for garnish.
