Sho Chiku Bai Kyoto Junmai | 1 oz |
Cardamaro | 0.5 oz |
Pear Cognac Brandy | 1 tsp |
Angostura Bitters | 2 dashes |
Sage for Garnish | 1 leaf |
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except sage in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain. Add sage for garnish. |
