Kikori Whiskey 1.0 oz
Sho Chiku Bai Organic Nama 1.0 oz
Ginger Syrup 2 teaspoon
Matcha Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Soda Water Top with
Shiso Leaf Garnish


Short shake with the first four ingredients, double strain into a chilled highball glass with collins ice. Top with soda water and garnish with shiso leaf.
* Matcha powder can be bitter if you use more than half a teaspoon. Balance it with a touch of ginger syrup.
