Main Ingredients
Sho Chiku Bai Classic Junmai | 2.0 oz |
Pear Brandy | 0.75 oz |
Coconut Water | 1 oz |
Calamansi Concentrate | 2.5 oz |
Genmaicha | 0.5 oz |
Sesame Oil (optional) | 3 drops |
Directions
Add all ingredients in a shaker with 2-3 ice cubes, short shaker and pour into a coupe glass. Add three drops of sesame oil if desired. |
