Enjoy delicious homemade fruit liqueur by steeping seasonal fruits in Takara Shochu for only 3 days!
- Dissolve sugar into Takara Shochu.
- Cut fruits & place them in a jar.
- Stir 1-2 times per day & let it steep for 3 days.
Ingredients
Takara Shochu | 250 ml |
fresh strawberries | 5 - 6 |
granulated sugar | 4 tablespoons |
Directions
Pour Takara Shochu into the jar, and dissolve granulated sugar in the jar. |
Cut the stems off the strawberries. Rinse and pat dry well. Slice them thin and place them in the jar. |
Occasionally stir with a spoon. |
