Enjoy delicious homemade fruit liqueur by steeping seasonal fruits in Takara Shochu for only 3 days!
- Dissolve sugar into Takara Shochu.
- Cut fruits & place them in a jar.
- Stir 1-2 times per day & let it steep for 3 days.
|Takara Shochu||250 ml|
|fresh strawberries||5 - 6|
|granulated sugar||4 tablespoons|
|Pour Takara Shochu into the jar, and dissolve granulated sugar in the jar.|
|Cut the stems off the strawberries. Rinse and pat dry well. Slice them thin and place them in the jar.|
|Occasionally stir with a spoon.|
