Roku Gin 2 oz
Lemon Juice 0.5 oz
Lime Juice 0.5 oz
Jasmine Syrup 0.5 oz
Egg White 1
Cream 1 oz
Sho Chiku Bai Shirakabegura MIO Sparkling Sake For Topping
Jasmine Flowers For Garnish


Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin with two cold draft ice cubes. Shake for almost a minute. Strain into an empty shaker tin & discard the ice. Add cream and a small amount of pellet ice. Pour the soda water into a Collins glass.
Pour the mixture into a glass. Once the glass is full, slowly pour the Mio Sparkling Sake. Add garnish and enjoy!
