Roku Gin | 2 oz |
Lemon Juice | 0.5 oz |
Lime Juice | 0.5 oz |
Jasmine Syrup | 0.5 oz |
Egg White | 1 |
Cream | 1 oz |
Sho Chiku Bai Shirakabegura MIO Sparkling Sake | For Topping |
Jasmine Flowers | For Garnish |
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin with two cold draft ice cubes. Shake for almost a minute. Strain into an empty shaker tin & discard the ice. Add cream and a small amount of pellet ice. Pour the soda water into a Collins glass. |
Pour the mixture into a glass. Once the glass is full, slowly pour the Mio Sparkling Sake. Add garnish and enjoy! |
