|Lemon Juice||0.5 oz|
|Lime Juice||0.5 oz|
|Jasmine Syrup||0.5 oz|
|Sho Chiku Bai Shirakabegura MIO Sparkling Sake||For Topping|
|Jasmine Flowers||For Garnish|
|Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin with two cold draft ice cubes. Shake for almost a minute. Strain into an empty shaker tin & discard the ice. Add cream and a small amount of pellet ice. Pour the soda water into a Collins glass.|
|Pour the mixture into a glass. Once the glass is full, slowly pour the Mio Sparkling Sake. Add garnish and enjoy!|
