| Amaro Averna | 1 oz |
| Bourbon Whiskey | 1 oz |
| Orange Bitter | few splash |
Shake all ingredients in ice filled shaker. Shake to combine. Strain to ice filled glass. Garnish with orange peel (fire the peel to extract oil & flavor)
