New expression of Sake that combines the techniques of Japanese sake brewing with the essence and spirit of brewing sake in the U.S. with local rice, water, and inspiration.‘夢’ (mu), meaning ‘Dream,’ ‘Hope,’ or ‘Goal,’ and ‘和’ (wa), meaning ‘Harmony’ or ‘Peace.’ The name represents our Japanese dream of spreading sake culture in the U.S. and fostering the harmony between the two worlds.
