Sake and mirin have been staple elements in Japanese cooking for centuries, and today they are used in a wide variety of food service industries. Working together with parent company Takara Shuzo of Japan, a leading producer of sake and mirin and active in the research and development of fermented products, we at Takara Sake USA provide you with excellent seasoning products to enhance your food lines.

Both sake and mirin can intensify the natural flavors and umami of the food products you are creating and also help in tenderizing and retaining the natural texture and appearance of meats, fish, vegetables, sauces and dressings. 

1.6% salt is added to our sake and mirin for food service industry distribution in order to comply with federal regulations related to alcohol products. To purchase non-salted products an appropriate alcohol license is required.

Sake Salted has 15 % alcohol (Organic Sake Salted, 15%). It is clear, smooth, and with fruity aroma. This product comes with 5.3 gal, 53.5 gal, and 251 gal sizes.
