Crafted with Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice. Brewed through the traditional Kimoto method, where time and precision shape depth. Finished using Fukuro-tsuri— allowing only the purest drops to emerge, untouched, unforced.
Crafted in harmony with nature—from responsibly cultivated fields. The result is a sake of structure and quiet power—rich, layered, and profoundly umami-driven. Only 72 bottles exist.
