Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Silky Mild

1.5 oz

Cherry Syrup (juice from cocktail cherries)

3/4 oz

Bitters

2 dashes

Ice

1 handful

Sparkling wine

Shake & Strain

In a shaker add the SCB Nigori Silky Mild, cherry syrup, bitters, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice and then top off with sparkling wine.
