Simple Syrup1/2 once
Dry Sack Sherry2 oz
Kuro Yokaichi (Sweet Potato Shochu)2 oz

Steps

Directions

  1. Add orange & simple syrup to a mixing glass and muddle.

  2. Add Kuro Yokaichi, Sherry, and ice, then shake.

  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and strain the mix.

  4. Garnish with orange slices and mint. Serve with a straw.

The twist to the American-born cocktail with Japanese shochu.
