Main Ingredients

MIO Sparkling Sake3 oz
Lightly Aged Belizean Rum1.5 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
Rich Simple Syrup0.25 oz
Yuzu Juice0.25 oz
Shiso Leaves3
Pear Slices3



  1. Add shiso and pear into a shaking tin and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients except sake, add ice, then shake. Fine strain over ice into a collins glass and top with sparkling sake. Garnish with an edible snapdragon and a thin slice of pear.
