Matcha Powder1/2 teaspoon

  1. Short shake with the first four ingredients, double strain into a chilled highball glass with collins ice. Top with soda water and garnish with shiso leaf.

  2. * Matcha powder can be bitter if you use more than half a teaspoon. Balance it with a touch of ginger syrup.
