  • Lemon Juice
    0.5 oz
  • Dragon-fruit Syrup

    1. Shake first four ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with chilled sparkling sake and water. Garnish with a lemon twist and an orchid.
