Roasted Teriyaki Salmon


Easy Teriyaki Glaze

  • Takara Mirin
    1/2 cup
  • Sho Chiku Bai Classic Junmai sake
    1/2 cup
  • Soy Sauce
    1/2 cup
  • Sugar
    4 tablespoons
  • Main Ingredients

  • 1" thick salmon filets
    4 pieces
  • salt
  • oil
    1 tsp
  • Steps


    1. Heat the oven to 400°.

    2. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels and place them in a baking pan. Lightly salt and oil them, and pour about half of teriyaki glaze* over the fillets.

    3. Roast 6 minutes, then basete with the glaze. Roast another 6-8 minutes.

    4. Pour the remaing glaze over the fillets.

    1. Mix all ingredients in a small pan.Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens (approx. 10+ minutes.)
