Takara Shochu250 ml
fresh strawberries6-May
granulated sugar4 tablespoons



  1. Pour Takara Shochu into the jar, and dissolve granulated sugar in the jar.

  2. Cut the stems off the strawberries. Rinse and pat dry well. Slice them thin and place them in the jar.

  3. Occasionally stir with a spoon.
