Roku Gin2 oz
Lemon Juice0.5 oz
Lime Juice0.5 oz
Jasmine Syrup0.5 oz
Egg White1
Cream1 oz
Sho Chiku Bai Shirakabegura MIO Sparkling SakeFor Topping
Jasmine FlowersFor Garnish



  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin with two cold draft ice cubes. Shake for almost a minute. Strain into an empty shaker tin & discard the ice. Add cream and a small amount of pellet ice. Pour the soda water into a Collins glass.

  2. Pour the mixture into a glass. Once the glass is full, slowly pour the Mio Sparkling Sake. Add garnish and enjoy!
