|MIO Sparkling Sake||3 oz|
|Lightly Aged Belizean Rum||1.5 oz|
|Fresh Lemon Juice||0.5 oz|
|Rich Simple Syrup||0.25 oz|
|Yuzu Juice||0.25 oz|
|Add shiso and pear into a shaking tin and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients except sake, add ice, then shake. Fine strain over ice into a collins glass and top with sparkling sake. Garnish with an edible snapdragon and a thin slice of pear.|
