Main Ingredients
MIO Sparkling Sake | 3 oz |
Lightly Aged Belizean Rum | 1.5 oz |
Fresh Lemon Juice | 0.5 oz |
Rich Simple Syrup | 0.25 oz |
Yuzu Juice | 0.25 oz |
Shiso Leaves | 3 |
Pear Slices | 3 |
DIRECTIONS
Add shiso and pear into a shaking tin and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients except sake, add ice, then shake. Fine strain over ice into a collins glass and top with sparkling sake. Garnish with an edible snapdragon and a thin slice of pear. |
