Easy Teriyaki Glaze
Takara Mirin | 1/2 cup |
Sho Chiku Bai Classic Junmai sake | 1/2 cup |
Soy Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 4 tablespoons |
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°. |
Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels and place them in a baking pan. Lightly salt and oil them, and pour about half of teriyaki glaze* over the fillets. |
Roast 6 minutes, then basete with the glaze. Roast another 6-8 minutes. |
Pour the remaing glaze over the fillets. |

Mix all ingredients in a small pan.Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens (approx. 10+ minutes.) |
