Simple Syrup 0.25 oz
Fresh Lime Juice 0.5 oz
Dry Bubbly 0.75 oz
Cocktail Cherry & Fresh Mint Sprigs For Garnish

Combine the gin, sake, Calpico, curacao, simple syrup, sparkling wine, and fresh lime juice in a pearl-diver style or Collins glass. Fill the glass three-quarters full with pebble ice or crushed ice. Stir to combine. Add garnish.
