Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Silky Mild 2.5 oz
Mezcal Espadin 0.5 oz
Grapefruit Liqueur 0.5 oz
Fino Sherry 0.25 oz
Cardamom Bitters 4 dashes


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
