|Pure Maple Syrup
|Orange Juice or Mixture of Cranberry, Lemon, Apple juice, etc.
|Raisins and/or Mixed Currants
|Cinnamon, Nutmeg, All Spice
|Roughly Chopped Pecans
|*Optional 1/2 cup
|Wash cranberry. Add all the ingredients together in a medium sauce pan on high heat and bring to boil
|After it reaches a rolling boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer it for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst and juice is thicker
|Remove from heat. Cool completely at the room temperature before chill in refrigerator. As it cools, cranberry sauce will thicken.
