Ingredients
Shiso Leaves | 1 leaf |
Towari (Buckwheat) | 2 oz |
Lemon Juice | 1 oz |
Pureed Strawberry | 1 tablespoon |
Directions
Muddle and puree sliced shiso leave and strawberries together |
Add all the ingredients and ice in a shaker |
Shake well and strain to the glass |
Garnish with shiso leaf fan and lemon slice |
