Blanche Armagnac 1.5 oz
Sho Chiku Bai REI Junmai Daiginjo 0.5 oz
Bergamot Liqueur 0.5 oz
Brewed Jasmine Coconut Tea 2 oz
Lime Juice 1 oz
Sugar 1/2 Tablespoon
Lavender Bitters 1 dash
MIO Sparkling Sake Top with (optional)


Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes, shake til the tin is frosty, pour the ingredients in a glass and top with sparkling sake.
